What is assistance with daily living (ADL)?
Assistance with Daily Life is where we can give you a hand with everyday tasks and activities in your home, allowing you to live as independently as possible. This may include learning how to cooking, cleaning, shopping, going to places such as attending appointments as well as other personal tasks. The aim is to enhance the participant's quality of life, promote their independence, and ensure they can participate fully in their community.
